Development Intern University Programs

Born and raised in Cape May, New Jersey, Sammy had never seen a mountain until she visited Penn State for the first time. As someone who grew up going to the beach all summer, she strongly dislikes cold weather. But during her first visit to PSU when the thermometer read below zero, she fell in love with the University and has never looked back. Sammy values the experiences she’s had in Penn States student government and the Association of Big Ten Students. Through this internship Sammy is looking to learn about unit philanthropy as well as how to fundraise for a cause (this great university) that she truly loves.
